Pros

Immanuel has a very positive and kind culture of inclusivity. Senior leadership is accessible and communicative. I have a work/life balance here that I have not experienced with other employers. Sometimes it is just the daily things like free beverages and friendly co-workers who can take the time to pause and help each other that make it a nice workplace.

Cons

It took a minute for me to get used to the open work spaces, which has its pros and cons. Very collaborative at times and other times I use the private work spaces when I really need to focus.
