      Managers lie. Pay is awful for the job. Some nurses are rude.

      Pros

      Immanuel is overall a great company to work for. I started here right out of college and have loved getting to build relationships with residents and my co-workers. The benefits are pretty good as well.

      Cons

      I don't feel that this position has given me an opportunity to grow within the company. They do offer tuition reimbursement program but as far as moving up within Immanuel that has been slim to none.
