Pros

Great benefits (vision, medical, dental, etc). Pay ok depending on the position. Inclusive. Flexible schedule for salaried managers.

Cons

Becoming more of a “corporate” culture. Certain leadership are “it’s my way or the highway” type of managers. Cannot ask for help without it becoming an issue later on. Cannot give your opinion without managers becoming defensive.

Very little paperwork and you are not doing notes for an insurance company to pay.

Cons

They are very direct and don't take any b.s. You really have to buy into their philosophy of #proudtoworkhere and if you don't you don't fit in. Also, as far a professionals that work there, there almost no men in their employment at a professional level.
