      Pros

      I’m not sure I’ve ever worked for a company so into their mission, it’s very refreshing! I love my coworkers and all the people I get to serve. I feel like they really listen to their employees and work hard to meet their needs.

      Cons

      There’s always a joke in the office that we’re “Immanuel Nice” here. Sometimes we can be a little too nice and tolerant of certain behaviors.

      Hi there - Everything from reading a devotion before a meeting to naming our conference rooms after our CHRIST promises is part of keeping the culture central to everything we do! We appreciate the feedback on everyone being welcoming too. Accountability is an important part of keeping our culture in tact, so striving for fairness is something that is top of mind as well.       Pros

      I've met some of my most favorite people at Immanuel! I love the culture, the people, and the mission. We do good work for the right reasons, and that makes me proud to work here.

      Cons

      The benefits are not as good as what I had prior. That said, coming to a job I like everyday far outweighs the money I saved on health insurance and extra PTO.
