      Pros

      Improving purpose for employees with flexibility, career opportunities, great mission and adequate work-life balance. The ability to make large impacts with residents and improve a lifestyle of freedom, dignity, and independence. Immanuel is an organization which truly lives out its mission each day. Operations are strategized with the ability for new ideas being brought forth. Immanuel has a great culture, a lot of great team members and truly promotes longevity.

      I wish there was a bistro with hot options in the home office break room.
