Pros

The staff is very friendly. Hours are flexible. Very good for a first job. Reasonable pay and a solid Christmas bonus. Good benefits (although I worked part-time so I didn't get many).

Cons

The work is a bit monotonous. Can't take any tips from the residents. Some of the residents are mean. Have to work on weekends.

It is our policy that all employees are unable to accept gifts/cash from the people we serve. However, we have several full-time position openings that would provide excellent benefits and additional pay!

The people you take care of. The hours. Coworkers! The work is easy most days and people do care.

Cons

The pay. The benefits are terrible. You build up lots of PTO but can never take it. They claim they are Christ centered but never show it.
