      A company that is fueled by passion, setting high standards for participants and staff.

      Pros

      Supportive team leaders, positive work environment, passionate employees, competitive wages, unbeatable benefits. Always working towards bettering the logistics of the business but keeping our participants number one.

      Cons

      We are continually evolving and while I don’t believe this is a deterrent, we do have growing pains as we reconfigure and plan what’s best for our participants and staff.

      Pros

      This organization is committed to not only the people they serve, seniors, but also their employees. This is the first company I have worked for where any employee could describe our mission statement to you and give an example as to how it was lived out that day--it isn't just a plaque on a wall. Regardless of your field of expertise, there is probably a career available to you within this company. They are changing the face of senior care and engage their employees in how to do this. Career development opportunities are available and professional growth is encouraged as well with a generous tuition reimbursement amount. while everyone wishes they could be paid more, our pay is competitive in our market and our benefits are great. Love working for this company!

      If you like coming to work and every day is the same, this isn't the company for you. We work with people and all of their uniqueness, making each day just a little bit different with brand new opportunities!
