Pros

Pay can be decent if you negotiate it, there’s a variety of benefits but they’re costly, the residents and participants are always thankful, they try to offer staff incentives, they do give back to their local communities, they put on lively events

Cons

PTO is minimal, staff are cliquey, not a lot of opportunities for advancement, learning is only internal not external
