Immanuel Communities not only care deeply about the residents and families they serve, they also care about their team members. As an employee, I feel very supported by my managers and my fellow team members. The organization maintains a positive work environment where the contributions of team members are frequently recognized and rewarded. The organization places high importance on the mental and physical well-being of team members. My personal time is respected by my managers. I feel valued and appreciated at Immanuel.

Cons

It's a bit of a commute for me, but having the ability to work remotely 50% of the time offsets this, so I really have no cons.
