      Pros

      The company fosters an entrepreneurial approach and allows its employees to have more ownership in their work. A small, fast-paced environment allows you to have more cross-functionality & team collaboration. Great culture and easy to get along with everyone. Little to no micro-management

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment - because of the industry this is a given, and there are some project shifts from time to time. This environment is not meant for all but for those that like a challenge, this is a great place to test your skills.
