Pros

Lots of products’ developer and doctor were very lazy; they all set for sleep and do nothing for a day to go by.

Cons

Bio chemical doctors and medical doctor were laidback any things for fun; lots of development ideals were in computer non touching past 9 to ten years. When you completed your projects, they laid off you to save budget.

Good place to start your career because you will be exposed to different departments and will work with them. So easier to learn what other people do.

Cons

You will be asked to do jobs other than your responsibility. Management micromanage you and very inconsistent in the things they tells you. And no career development nor career growth.
