      Base Pay and compensation plan should be lucrative, more rewarding for those in Service Sales growing the business exponentially.

      Pros

      The company actually tries in their own way to value their employees with employee outings and random food treats in the office.

      Cons

      They will work you senseless and when you bring your concerns up to management no one will do anything to help. High turn over rate and they don't seem to care at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.
