      Easy going, and very understanding company. Great company to retire at.

      There is no moving up. You will be told you need 10 years experience with the company before you are eligible.

      -The office is very unorganized -Constant changing schedules -Below industry pay -They expect people who are uncertified to preform inspections on their contracts for them without supervision.

      Pros

      -Hands on Training -Management is genuinely interested in employee's well being & success. They take your entire situation into consideration when needed (what's going on at home). You're not just a number, you're a person! -Flexible Schedule -Fair Pay, Weekly

      Cons

      Nothing terrible; Pay could always be better. Even with "cost of living adjustments" turnover is still really high as people leave for higher pay. Wish they could help stay ahead of inflation instead of minimally increasing.
