They don't have any good projects. They try to cover their faces when asked that why not big clients. Management claims to be transparent but there always lots of conspericies going around. They choose best employee of the month by their need in next coming project to bill the clients not by performance. Only thing they care about is their Billings.

I and my whole team didn't find even a single positive point for this company If you are going to join please DO NOT waste you time there. These goody goody positive comments made by CEO himself. They fire employees without any reason. Nothing to learn, very poor environment. CEO is openly biased for some employees. He is the most stupid man ever I saw in my whole life. Though he previously worked as tester in different companies but now he knows nothing about Testing still keeps poking his nose in every on going project. He always ready to narrate his fake US stories, he shows off that he is the only one who went to US and rest of the employees are stupid and dumb. He doesn't give damn to the employees, for him employees are like donkeys. He get created rift among employees so that they can not be settle there properly. keeps playing politics. Some junior level employees get more salary than managers. Pathetic so called HR policies. They always ready to deduct employees' salary and even leaves for no reason. If you go for any complaint or problem it is not going to be solved in your whole life. In interview session two years experience employees take interview of ten year experience guys.
