All teams senior persons are good except the marketing team

No matter how much knowledge you have, you only need to work according to the manager whether it is wrong or right. The marketing team and company both rules are different. You can't talk to others on the team. You need permission every time from the manager to talk to anyone on the team. I saw 4-5 peoples fired within 6 months of my joining. I don't know why the management is silent and still watching the employees leave the company. I wasted my 7 months in this company. I cried with tears. I lost my job in Lockdown. CEO of the company is a very great personality. Team HR is also great, they listen to your problems and try to solve them asap. I highly recommend this company for Software Testing, Development, Sales, and support, but it's my humble request to you please don't join this company in marketing. Other members of the team are also disappointed by her, but they are silent and save their own job.
