I got another chance to get associated with ImpactQA and without a doubt I accepted the responsibilities and position offered. I noticed a total change in the company in terms of growth and expansion for the QA services offerings by the company (be it cloud solutions or CI/CD automation or Security or Design/development capabilities). The current leadership at ImpactQA are highly experienced and I find myself lucky to be associated with such great leaders in building and running the best practice in the organization. The top management (CEO, CTO, CDO) are very approachable and helpful who loves to hear your ideas, share feedback and mentors how you can contribute or innovate to bring value to the customers.
Below are my views about the company as of now:
Pros:
1. Flexible working environment. Management appreciates how you lead & drive a project for client, or being an individual contributor in the team how you go extra mile to deliver quality results and meeting planned deliverable.
2. Leadership driven delivery teams. Team colleagues are supportive and its fun at work
3. Visionary Management. Its an awesome working experience at ImpactQA.
4. Multi-platform growth. I got opportunity to work with some great technical minds at ImpactQA. Worked on different technologies & tools at ImpactQA. I would say tremendous learning & grooming. Management cares and motivates employees to enhance their career skills (e.g. certifications, Writing case study, whitepapers, journals, Tools & Technology POC)
5. HR & Admin pays close attention to your queries and promptly share update/feedback
6. Strict with policies however employee friendly.
7. Competitive salary compensation. Good appraisal/increment benefits

1. No Cab pickup/drop facility for general shift. The cab facilities were discontinued due to Covid pandemic. Company is considering to start Cab service (depending strength of employees opting for Cabs).
