      Pros

      Hiring process seems smooth and friendly.

      Cons

      Employees living far are forced to rent and live near by. Employees are made to work in project without proper knowledge Transfer. Stressful work environment. Managers do favoritism. Employees are expected to work extra working hours. cafeteria is very unhygienic. Need to get holidays approved from CEO

      Pros

      I would like to commend the sincerity with which the Finance Head and his team have worked in ensuring that the finance department is run with the best-in-class efficiency, integrity , competency and empathy. I wish the Finance team all the best. Please keep up the great work of maintaining the firm's lifeline.

      Pros

      Except salary & Finance dept. nothing is good there.

      Cons

      They believe hire & fire. They hired me and within 3 month they fired me with 15 days NP by giving the reason " do not have much work for you". They fired around 6-7 resource within 1 month with instant NP. They are there to spoil the career of people. I will never recommend to join ImpactQA. Company is not employee friendly. Only Finance dept. & people are good.
