Pros
I worked in 2020 for 3 months. I worked without any issues , did whatever was asked. My way of conduct was no harm, came to office 5 days during Covid also.
Cons
Sent proper resignation letter before probation period, submitted assets. Submitted the amount which company asked to pay. But as per legal laws , company is supposed to give relieving letter to anyone if no dues is pending from employee. After giving whatever they asked, submitting them cheque they just encashed the money and kept, like a thief stealing my experience letter and not providing it even after mailing them. This questions the ethics and credibility of this company hr department, i expected immediate release of pdf after I cleared all dues immediately when they asked legally and their lawyer confirmed it, but they showed their unprofessionalism, Forcing me to write here. Close this matter by just mailing me the pdf of my experience/relieving letter.
