      1. You will get salary, late sometime but you will get it. 2. Good hike for next job offer. 3. Good learning opportunities and you will have few certificates down the line :)

      Cons

      1. You are only a resource to this company, no human value. 2. Bad hike or no appreciation, no matter how much of good work you do, good hike only if you work in multiple projects. 3. No job stability. 4. Only 1 or 2 good long term project. 5. No work ethics or professionalism show by (management=CEO)

      Recently, IQA has started focussing on mental health. A very good step seeing the mental health of all their employees happening due to leadership team's frustrating acts The company is struggling to retain people. Mental people can resign and get salary hike from mental leader

      Cons

      It can fall any time. more than 50% team is in resignation mode. Leadership team is trying to retain by increasing the salaries.
