      Pros

      Being a part of Impact QA is great in every perspective, it's fun and the atmosphere here enhances one's skills. I'm overwhelmed to meet the HR department and since day one of joining they have been supportive, also the joining process was clean and quick. Also the HR department is always available to help and sort situations out so calmly and intuitively. The workplace is professional, and offers a peaceful atmosphere, also all the facilities are available easily in the office. And all the clients I've worked in this organization are mostly top ones and have some of the most intellectual projects. The colleagues are fun as well, and because of the followed work culture, everyone is informative yet helpful. I would recommend to give the company a chance even if you have other big names offering you.

      There is nothing good about this company. If you want to destroy your career by the so called CEO, join this organization.

      Culture of a company is defined by the Top Leadership group in any organization. This company has history of having incompetent leaders and making employee suffer because of that. The CEO has no idea what to do and how to run an organization. He is always interested in deducting salaries of employee. His favorite past time is giving negative remarks on employee back ground verification and not let them work anywhere. He thinks that he knows it all, however, entire company laughs on him. The moment he starts talking to any employee, they resign immediately as they realize how incompetent he is. The HR Team is also on a different planet, she thinks that she has CEO's back and she can talk to any employee the way she wants. Most of the time she has no idea what she is talking and just sitting in CEO's cabin. She thinks that she can save her job by buttering the CEO and he also likes it. Please Please Please don't join this organization if you don't want to destroy your career.

With a strong presence of over 10 years, the organisation has a diverse talent pool with a good amalgamation of technology and ready to use flexible frameworks which add immense value to the customers. Recent hire of the leadership is another strategic initiative to inculcate the power of digital technologies to transform the Quality Engineering discipline and this emphatically sets up the vision high for the organisation. One of the niche players in the segment with razor sharp focus on evolution, innovation and transformation with advanced technology levers. Like its rightly said, culture sets the tone for the organisation.. This is carved deeply in the mindset of everyone engaged with the organisation and hence brings in more effectiveness to the firm as a whole. Very effective training programs/L&D, flawless onboarding process/employee assistance, digitalised operations, process centricity, technology innovation and keeping customer at the core are some of the key traits which are exhibited here.

      None to be mentioned as of now. Just some more streamlining more on core delivery frameworks, partnerships with advanced technology vendors, more standardization around processes is something which is being prioritised to add more value.
