if you are joining the company at some higher designation such as Team Lead or Project Manager then you can enjoy the flexible timing of office hour.
Cons
1.If you are a fresher then never ever think of joining ImpactQA . Because just after few days, instead of giving good training they will start pressuring you to give the output which will be quite impossible for a fresher and ultimately they can fire you without a single thought. 2.Dumbest HR(Don't get confused as there is only one HR ). she will rarely reply to your mail. 3.Worst management as they will force you to work on weekends as well but they will enjoy the weekends at their home. 4.Company will make fake promises.for example they promised me to give accommodation of one week but just 2 days before of my arrival in noida they refused to provide any accommodation. 5.Firing rate is very high.when they get some project they will start hiring in bulk but when the company has less project they start firing the employee.Job security is nearly 0. 6.Most of the employee know only Manual testing.Only 3-4 of them are doing automation testing.If you are thinking to build your carrier in automation testing then please avoid this company. 7.Most of the employee are frustrated because of the attitude of manager. 8.Lastly,if you do not want to learn and do not want to earn then you can join this company.
