      Worst company ever. They don't appreciate your work, talent, skills anything whatever required for a good company. They only want you to behave according to them. Lick there feet. And you are going to stay for long there.

      Pros

      Good managers and leads who help employees to grow personally and professionally but All of them are leaving one by one.

      Cons

      The company is lead by a person who himself has not cleared certification but forces others employees to do so else they will be fired. Company believes in replacing its employees every 1 to 2 years. The incapable HR believes in spoiling background verification of any one who wishes to leave the company with his own will. This is a Hire and Fire organization.

      The team members during Wave 2 of the covid in May had family members in the hospital but ImpactQA and its CEO were busy in deducting the salaries of the team. Don't join this company
