Being in this company made me realize why platforms like glassdoor is important because it gives you an idea about the company they are joining. So here goes my honest unbiased review to make the people aware DONOT JOIN THIS COMPANY The CEO & CDO have no managerial sense. They are short tempered. Far away from humility. Can rip off other employees to prove they are right. Give awards and recognitions to each other. The CDO is responsible for recruitment. Are you serious? How do you get the time in the world to be head of recruitment. Hr- Puppet, sad to say that they hired so inexperienced HR for the company to play according to their wish. CTO- brilliant man but lost his voice due to company’s unprofessional ways to do business and tasks. The company practises biased behaviour towards employees. They hire and fire. They practice favoutism in the company as well as in the leadership team. I have seen this happening a lot many times where the people actually delivering results are kept out from discussion and planning and soon they start planning to get rid of that employee. I was one among the unfortunate one. They will deduct leaves, salary and your self respect whenever they feel like. There is no policy for employee benefit. All policies are created to suck money out of you. The employees who gossip, chit chat and butter the leaders are the ones who will be recognized and promoted. Hard work is never the parameter for an efficient employee.
