I joined this organisation as a rookie few years back and its been a pretty rewarding ride so far. The learning curve has been fantastic, the CEO and the delivery team is supportive and all challenges are resolved practically. It's been a good experience so far and I sincerely wish the organisation to improve more and become an industry leader!

Cons

Since my job profile demands working in vague/late hours, it would be great to have a bonus for working overtime hours. It will certainly fuel the confidence of the candidate and motivate them to go beyond the limit and drive more business

Great leaders who care about their employees and Operate an open door policy. The Leadership team is very engaging and always happy to listen and help. Every voice is heard by the leadership team, and the friendly atmosphere makes the office a joy to work every single day. The CEO and other senior management are very approachable and often hang out with staff and chat over coffee.

Cons

It would be nice to arrange an outing once a year.
