Pros
1. Stability of the job which will eventually lead to become one of the cons. 2. Salary is never delayed. 3. Work life balance.
Cons
1. Nothing new to learn. You will keep doing things that you have been doing for the entire tenure with the company. 2. The management never takes feedback from employees about the work being done and their aspirations. 3. No mentorship or guidance. While with this company you are on your own in terms of career growth. 4. Since you will learn nothing new you won't be able to sell yourself in the market outside the company & then will have to do with whatever % of appraisal the company does since you will always want to keep yourself employed. 5. The HR team is as slow as a snail. They never respond to your queries unless you literally chase them with your queries. If they do choose to respond the only thing they will say is whatever is in the best interest of the company and not the employee. 6. There is only one man who runs the show so the word "management" is just a word once you join the company. Every decision you take will have to pass through the "management" first.
