Culture of a company is defined by the Top Leadership group in any organization. This company has history of having incompetent leaders and making employee suffer because of that. The CEO has no idea what to do and how to run an organization. He is always interested in deducting salaries of employee. His favorite past time is giving negative remarks on employee back ground verification and not let them work anywhere. He thinks that he knows it all, however, entire company laughs on him. The moment he starts talking to any employee, they resign immediately as they realize how incompetent he is. The HR Team is also on a different planet, she thinks that she has CEO's back and she can talk to any employee the way she wants. Most of the time she has no idea what she is talking and just sitting in CEO's cabin. She thinks that she can save her job by buttering the CEO and he also likes it. Please Please Please don't join this organization if you don't want to destroy your career.
