      No better company than ImpactQA, if you like to live stressful and frustated life

      Pros

      If you are gossip person, join the company. Management, VP, HR and Manager will enjoy your company.

      Cons

      1. Worst Management :: Don't know how to guide or handle their employees. Management is always busy bending the policies, so that they can deduct the employees salary 2. Worst HR :: Met first HR, who doesn't even know the company policies. No replies on email until you stand on her head. 3. Do not trust anyone there, do not share your agendas with anyone. I have observed while working there that people who inform such things to management are most likable to them 4. All the positive feedback posted by management or HR. Read all positive feedback carefully and you will come know that those are too good to be true. There are many more like electricity saving by switching off AC. Advice to people who are thinking to join ImpactQA. You should first consult current or former employee, you will come to know the truth. People who are still working there, stop wasting your time and look for better opportunities.

      Good company, leads and managers

      1. Managers and QA leads are good and very helpful they actually helps you to learn lot of things with the ease 2. I am reading some reviews about managers and they are incorrect and baseless, my manager is actually trying hard to hold people and guide them in proper manner . She motivates a lot and is good person 3. Hired new VP last year lot of positive changes are done in organisation because of him 4. Company gives all the chances and credit to people who have actually worked hard 5. Managers and VP are approachable and connect with team on regular basis 6. People who think that managers are biased they are wrong as managers take only good people forward and try to motivate people in good manner this leads to competition 7. Incompetent people will never like this company 8. Cowards are the one who write negative comment here and don’t have guts to talk to Managers and Sr manager 9. I discussed my concerns with manager and VP and got solution from them so I am very satisfied 10. Hired new technical manager he is very good as compare to previous tech manager

      1 Only 1-2 people are given lot of freedom they hardly come to office and claims that he knows everything in the world 2. HR operations are slow that’s why Manager needs to solve the employee problems and they have to waste time because of that

      Worst company to work

      I and my whole team didn't find even a single positive point for this company If you are going to join please DO NOT waste you time there. These goody goody positive comments made by CEO himself. They fire employees without any reason. Nothing to learn, very poor environment. CEO is openly biased for some employees. He is the most stupid man ever I saw in my whole life. Though he previously worked as tester in different companies but now he knows nothing about Testing still keeps poking his nose in every on going project. He always ready to narrate his fake US stories, he shows off that he is the only one who went to US and rest of the employees are stupid and dumb. He doesn't give damn to the employees, for him employees are like donkeys. He get created rift among employees so that they can not be settle there properly. keeps playing politics. Some junior level employees get more salary than managers. Pathetic so called HR policies. They always ready to deduct employees' salary and even leaves for no reason. If you go for any complaint or problem it is not going to be solved in your whole life. In interview session two years experience employees take interview of ten year experience guys.
