* Great co-workers * You get a chance to work on in-house projects only (i.e., to wear multiple caps at the same time) * Free evening snacks (Pro advice: Don't eat)

Cons

* No shuttle service available (The Noida office is way in the corner at NSEZ) * Less to no CSR and routine activity * Low salary * Management is not that great * 3 days more leave required CEO approval, your team manager is not enough

Pros

All is well. Management and team are supportive. Everyone has an opportunity to improve and be recognized. I have been working in QA for almost three years and have gained valuable experience.

Cons

1. Finance department is horrible like Lala company and dictatorship 2. Job stability is a concern due to frequent staff changes. 3. Transportation facilities are not available.
