      Good for people who can take risk with their Job

      Pros

      1. You will get salary, late sometime but you will get it. 2. Good hike for next job offer. 3. Good learning opportunities and you will have few certificates down the line :)

      Cons

      1. You are only a resource to this company, no human value. 2. Bad hike or no appreciation, no matter how much of good work you do, good hike only if you work in multiple projects. 3. No job stability. 4. Only 1 or 2 good long term project. 5. No work ethics or professionalism show by (management=CEO)

      CDO left ImpactQA recently. She must be ask to leave before.

      Cons

      Politics and mess is at full level. Join it on your own risk. Fake positive feedback are given by the marketing people on instructions. Nobody is happy.
