Pros

Well, being so much frustrated by the company I could only find cons and not the pros of the company.

Cons

There are numerous cons an individual face whether he/she is a current employee or an ex-employee. 1. Worst management ( Employees work even on weekends without any compensation benefits). 2. Worst HR hired( HR is having such a bad attitude towards employees, do not even care to reply to the mails of ex-employees). 3. Fake promises to employees and later employee has to do multiple follow-ups to which the so called incapable HR gives such a rude reply that no one can imagine of. 4. Non of the employees who left the company during my employment got complete amount of FnF and when employee ask for the reason, then HR gives such a stupid reason for the deductions. 5. Employee who works hard are always burdened with multiple tasks everyday. 6. Leads are really poor. They are poor at technical side. They get the position because they stayed longer in the company and also they didnt get chance outside as they are really pathetic Not suitable for those who wanted to work in a good and flexi env. 7. Employee spending 9 hours in office and giving 8 hours productivity is never considered a productive employee by the management. This in turn leads to termination of the employee at the later stages.

Pros

Good organization with some good projects in multiple domain , automation as well as manual. If you are good in tools like qtp, selenium ,jmeter than you can enhance your carrier while working with some big clients.

Cons

Haven't found any till now, still looking for it .
