Good pay, worked from home, and good benefits.

Cons

Disorganized, extreme amount of turn over, no documented processes/SOP, manual work, unprofessional behavior from management and peers. Reconciliations not being completed for over a year.

Female leadership. Decent benefits package & PTO plan. Flexibility to work remote during COVID.

Cons

Someone else says it perfectly in another review, “you’re either in, or you’re OUT”. Empty promises. Messy leadership. No monthly commissions or incentive plans. Bare bones IT staff (you will end up using your cell phone plan for all of your calls because Vonage Business rarely works). No 401k matching.
