Pros
The company has a great business vision of being GLOBALLY most trusted recruitment company. It's a promise based behaviour to its clients, candidates and their own staff. It tries very hard to deliver this across all brands, however it can over promise, especially on their technology solutions.
Modern days are moving fast and so does the competition, so of course they are hungry for a 21st century web based platforms. With its 20+ brands and their unique legacy systems this is proving challenging. I trust that they will get there as they have a great, talented and hard working employees. I just wish they could reward them better and provide better salaries or bonuses.
There is no bonuses and only a minimal salary increases within IT services. They only seem to reward the sales teams as they are the once that bring in the profits. The company I believe needs to mature in this aspect and see that without its IT function their staff could not be able to deliver.
Cons
Good training and career progression options and a nice working atmosphere within IT.
