Pros

The first company I have worked for which have introduced a change programme / strategy and are seeing it through. The people are what make Impellam special along with a genuine desire to be a good place to work. It is a very busy and challenging environment, and isn't for those who just want to work in a company that accepts the status quo. You are able to make a difference to the company as Senior Managers listen and are happy to consider new ideas. It is a UK owned company so the Executive team are close to the business.

Cons

Benefits package needs to be brought up to 21st century level - but it is gradually improving and I think they are looking to sort this in the long term. It can take over your life, if you let it.

They care about your well being and have implemented and "open blend" system to prioritise the important things in your personal and working life. Great team. Career progression. Flexible working. Good location.
