Pros

Challenger mindset and growth oriented. Interesting projects to work on. Imperial people are great to work with. The office is great to work in but pretty quiet due to the number of home workers.

Cons

Senior leaders have blown up their own organisation by introducing too much change and too many delivery partners. Projects are messy, under resourced and rely heavily on discretionary effort - with extremely long days (10-12 hours). There is low / no maturity in project delivery.

Pros

Home office, office space, short working hours on Fridays

Cons

Management is working against the employees, not with the employees. Their knowledge of business is on the elementary school level. You will work here 24/7, and few days before the deadline you will be asked to re-do all the work because something has suddenly changed. It is a beyond toxic work environment. I strongly recommend to skip this one unless you want to do a 3-people job.
