People - coworkers are friendly and helpful, Managers provide good leadership, Well defined goals and expectations. Good training. Pay is balanced. Non-commissioned based.

Cons

Processes can be cumbersome, time consuming and at times complicated depending on the number of departments and outside vendors needed to complete a task.
