      Good work environment and sales reps willing to help.

      Cons

      Management has been out of the sales cycle for a while. Expectations are not achievable with the support that you have.

      Pros

      Love my co-workers. Very flexible if you need to leave for emergencies.

      Cons

      Lack of management and interpersonal skills. Work Redundancy. Expensive health insurance. As a new employee, low pay for the work expected (know your worth!). Traffic is awful getting to work but then again not Dade Paper's fault.
