Decent pay, excellent coworkers, biannual bonuses, tuition reimbursement, extra perks (fitbit provided with insurance, holiday gifts, etc)

Cons

Even though I work at Corporate, not very much exposure to other people outside own department, no hazard pay for working though all of Covid-19

Lack of communication. Managers make assumptions about you very early in your career and are reluctant to change their minds no matter how well you do.
