      The pros are few and far between. I guess the best thing is that the culture there is family oriented, though some may perceive it as cult-like

      Cons

      Understaffed, incentive based on team performance and most team members don't "perform."

      Pay was decent when they actually got your checks right!

      Cons

      They hide things to get you in the door! They lied to get you in the door then act like the told you! The management believes whatever one person says about everybody without at least looking into it. They cheat you out of money the last check, well half the time your check won’t be right!
