The perks are a bit on the low side. No RSU / ESPP. Average Salaries. receive a one time 500$ for home office equipment but if you need more stuff you must pay for it

Great people, great management in Israel. Tech stack is wide and new. The RnD management are open to hear about new solutions with new frameworks and tools. Best WLB in the industry.

Cons

No stocks, no LTI. the salary is fine, but the TC is not.
