Pros

Having the option to work from home on my own schedule helps me focus much better than I do when I’m forced to come into the office. I have a hard time staying productive for hours at a time so it’s essential for me to be able to set my hours if I want to get anything done. I can honestly say that my performance has improved substantially since working here, as has my physical/mental health. I also like that management doesn’t try to dictate my every move.

Cons

The only downside to working remotely is that it’s harder to collaborate with my teammates, but I can easily meet up with them at the office if I need to so it isn’t that big a deal.
