      1) Each and everyone working at Imperva has in-depth expertize in their area, these are professionals that you WANT to work with 2) Team and department leaders are there to help you evolve and develop your skills even farther. They are also people who you can really talk to in tough times, and ones that you could consider as your friend. 3) Imperva works hard to promote its own people to team leader/management roles. 4) Great HR people - you feel their involvement in every non-technical aspect of the company. You get a lot of perks on an ongoing basis. Imperva works hard to solve a range of technical and regulatory problems for enterprise companies. If you are technically minded, you will definitely find it interesting and rewarding to work at Imperva.

      Imperva is a global company. You may be required to be flexible with your hours to be able to work with people in remote offices (and in different timezones) ...

      Pros

      Imperva was able to attract very smart and skillful people in the past. The pace is very fast and it's a great place to learn. The CEO is very strong and has been very successful in advancing the company.

      Cons

      Mistakes are quickly punished, and promotion opportunities seem to be decided more on who you know than what are your skills.
