Pros

No where else did I have such an opportunity to bring my own set of skills to a workplace. Thanks to the very familiy'ish environment, I am being noticed, and can actually feel like I make a different. A very rewarding non taken for granted attitude, which makes me want to come to work, great management, great work terms and a decent pay makes Incapsula the best workplace I ever had.

Cons

A bit messy at times due to a very fast growth of the company, but would not consider this as a con. depends on how you look at things.

Pros

Great vibrating atmosphere in the hallways and rooms. Anytime you drop-by, you'll notice people walking with a smile on their faces. Great people to work with. Both professionally and personally. Lots of career opportunities, regardless if your intention is moving upwards (management) or sideways (expend your skills and experiment with new areas). Compensations are high, with lots of add-on: You get something for providing CV's which ends up with hiring, B-Day gifts, cool holiday gifts, company trips and much more. HR and Management make sure they are updated with any personal situation you might have, and are there to help in any way they can.

Cons

The company is growing fast so you might find things a bit "messy". Its up to you if you use it for growth (Pro), or complain about it (Con).

A real technology company, building great services and products, a good place for real developers Great atmosphere, lots of company events and shenanigans

Cons

Very challenging technical work, but very rewarding Working hard (but having fun)
