Pros

Working with a very technically strong colleagues. The projects are interesting, a lot of space to advance your career and knowledge. The vibe of the place is great, There are a lot of kind and quality people, it creates a very supporting atmosphere. Couldn't recommend more. In my time at Imperva I've got all the support I need from my managers and peers, I'm so greatful for that.

Good technology- solutions are well designed

Cons

Bad marketing and myopic view of local geo politics from top down level. Pre sales doesn’t report to ANZ head - making them unaccountable for local sales. Lot of internal politics played to protect ineffective people. Don’t believe the bogus reviews posted to ramp up the ratings - it’s still toxic out there( unless Thales has changed them)
