Work life balance. Deadlines are not too tight. Every developer gets a chance to make an impact. hybrid mode as a policy, 2-3 days working from home. lots of challenges. In most teams the technologies are up to date. In recent years salaries became more attractive. No layoff during Covid. Great people.
