The bones of the product are good and there are still 2-3 people who are seriously smart and innovative and (for now) still keeping up with the sh*tstorm the past 8 months have been.

Cons

1. The main tech leadership will sit everyone in an all-hands about changes that include firing of their beloved manager and tell them to his face that he no longer matches the profile and can no longer be helpful. 2. The new move to saas, saas and nothing but saas is a recipe for disaster. 3. Pair #2 with the fact that EVERYONE is leaving, the good the bad and the irreplaceable 4. No matter what management does, stock price keeps plummeting and soon the investors are just going to replace the CEO again and we'll go through this whole process again.

Old tech, salary is lousy, no interest in work - mondaine and monotonic, dead vibes, not a single conversation throughout the day, hires boring & uncreative people. Avoid at all cost.
