      Pros

      High level of autonomy in the company. People are expected to perform at a high level and are given top resources to do so. The culture is good with a combination of a hybrid and remote team. Competitive compensation and benefits. Fast growing company with a lot of upside in growth trajectory.

      Cons

      People joining have an immediate impact on the team so they are expected to hit the ground running, which is not a con necessarily but it's something to be prepared for.

      Pros

      A fast growing start-up with an awesome team. The founders are great and truly value their employees by listening to input and giving space for growth. The Engineering team is full of top notch talent and has 10x'd everything they touch.

      Pros

      I've worked at many different size companies and can say this is the best one I've worked for. The co-founders listen to opinions and want feedback from everyone in the company on changes that need to be made, and that is an amazing feeling to be heard and impact change. I've been able to see the company grow immensely in the year I've been here and can't wait to see where we go in the next year(s).

      Cons

      None I can think of, which sounds unrealistic but I really do love this company, my co-workers, and my day to day.
