I love what we do. I love our solutions. The industry is stable and we have great customers.

Cons

everyone was excited when the new CEO started. Thought there would be some exciting innovations. Instead we we are seeing policies with direct negative impact to employees. Out of touch leadership making rash decisions. Reactive choices w no forecasting. A ton of tenured talented people leaving.
