Remote work was allowed for a while.

Cons

Return to office. Lots of merge and acquisitions that makes your job very unsecure. Once a manager is changed, brace yourself for a good luck. It does not matter how well you performed in the past, if the new manager do not like you for some reason, YOU WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCE. Not much opportunities of career growth within.
