      Pros

      - There are some great people employed by Imprivata and some managers do their best to accommodate in the areas they can but their hands are often tied with what they can get approved

      Cons

      - very low pay or opportunities for salary increases - employee requests rarely make it to leadership - old school style work culture, very plain, lack of culture - if you are coming from other tech companies, working here will feel like a flash back in time
