Pros

A great team ethos at ground level, with like minded professionals working together for the greater good. Good camaraderie between employees at ground level across all departments.

Cons

- An ever changing policy/process company - Recent acquisition has caused major upset and no real guidance for the future - Company employees seem to be leaving in their droves due to management upheaval - Above ground level employees the blinkers are on, and its all profit profit profit and the bottom line. - Management have no care for the employees and get treated like workforce slaves with no credit. - No progression in roles unless you are in the US office. - Salary is not in line with the regional average for the role - Lack of respect and honesty between upper management and lower workers. - No sense of corporate direction - Lack of new products globally to maintain market leadership - Looks like the company is being stripped of its assets and then sold off. - Drive and ambition has whittled out all the way through the company for employees in general

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that there is some cause for concern as a current employee since the acquisition. We are continually working to improve our training and development programs for the growth of employees. Just last year, we had a record number of transfers and promotions globally. Internally in the HR team, we have put programs in place that support work life balance. Clearly there is a disconnect with what you are hearing and experiencing and I am happy to discuss all of your concerns further, please do not hesitate to reach out.
